RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Wize Monkey your satisfaction is very important. Please contact us with any questions or problems. You can reach us by emailing info@wizemonkey.com

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

If you have changed your mind about an item or tea that you received and would like to return it for credit, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please package it well and include a copy of your packing slip or your order number. We will credit your original method of payment.

If you received your item as a gift, we would be happy to create an account for you and give you a credit to use toward a future order.

If you are returning a non-food item, it should be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
